COVID-19 – What’s Happening at The Norwich School of Beauty
First and most importantly, we hope that you, your families and friends are all keeping well.
We know that the implementation of social distancing and the requirement to close all educational settings has had a profound impact on the delivery and assessment of qualifications affecting many learners.
ITEC is working closely with colleagues at OFQUAL and a small expert group of specialist education professionals to develop an approach for vocational and technical qualifications which will be published in the coming weeks. As soon as we have the answers we need, we will publish updated information directly to our current students.
The course dates on our website are subject to change if we have to remain closed. All students will automatically get a space on the new course dates.
As soon as we know it is safe to open, new dates will be put together and sent out.
Coronavirus lockdown guidelines
Following the Government’s announcement, you must not leave your house except to:
– Shop for essentials, as infrequently as possible
– Receive medical treatment or provide care
– Travel to and from work, if it’s impossible to work from home
– Exercise outdoors, alone or with household members
Remember when out of your house, stay 2m away from other people and wash your hands as soon as you get home.
Everyone must comply with these new measures. They will last until the Government relaxes them, if the evidence shows this is possible.
